📋 Description

• Translate the CPO's vision into clear execution strategies that drive customer impact
• Own the company roadmap: what to build and when
• Provide medium-term planning to align day-to-day work with long-term strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional work across product, design, engineering, marketing, ops, and CS
• Act as the counterpart to the Engineering Leader
• Lead a small team as a player-coach and own product workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in product roles at fast-growing SaaS or tech
• 2+ years managing product managers and designers
• Experience owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale
• Comfortable taking strategic direction and translating into an executable roadmap
• Hands-on ownership; you'd rather build the thing than manage people
• Experience influencing or leading cross-functional partners, even without formal authority
