Director, Product Management (Enterprise)

📋 Description

• Execute enterprise product strategy to drive long-term growth
• Lead and mentor product managers for high performance and growth
• Translate complex B2B needs into scalable roadmaps and OKRs
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to build scalable capabilities
• Establish KPIs to monitor adoption and platform performance
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Marketing for GTM execution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, leading or managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• Proven track record launching and scaling Enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Deep experience defining enterprise-grade solutions (permissions, architecture, integrations)
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel
• Experience using AI/tools automation to boost team efficiency
