Director, Product Management – Fleet and Autonomous Vehicles

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Fleet & Autonomous Vehicle segment.
• Lead PMs, designers, and NPI leads; ship outcomes with minimal handoffs.
• Drive hardware portfolio (pantograph charging, truck charging, robotic charging) and software (ViriCiti).
• Own strategic partnerships with autonomous vehicle companies and OEMs; decide build/buy/partner.
• Single point of accountability for go-to-market with Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate product delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping integrated hardware and software with unified priorities.
• Track record in fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, or related mobility sectors.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership of a real business line.
• Experience restructuring product teams around AI and automation.
