Director, Product Management - Fraud

📋 Description

• Drive product development for all of Upgrade's fraud infrastructure including detection, models
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making, driving key tradeoffs between conversion, fraud
• Partner closely with Upgrade's fraud management team to monitor and drive improvements on all
• Act as product owner for scrum teams working to ship fraud platform enhancements.
• Evaluate and drive implementation of new third party data and software integrations.
• Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant expertise in fraud strategies, models, data sources and infrastructure in a Fintech
• Proven track record in leadership, organizational conflict resolution, and data-driven
• 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software.
• Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration.
