• Define a multi-year AI vision for General Business from system of record to system of action
• Decide where AI should automate, assist, or keep humans in the loop in finance and customer
• Weave AI into the core product experience and make build, buy, partner choices
• Hold the roadmap accountable to measurable AI value (time saved, faster close, reduced DSO
• Own the General Business strategy, aligned with corporate strategy and industry edition roadmaps
• Differentiate against accounting-centric, horizontal, and AI-native ERP competitors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in ERP, financial management, accounting, or CRM platforms for SMB businesses
• Track record of shipping AI or ML capabilities to production in SaaS, with measurable adoption
• Experience growing a horizontal product that supports vertical or industry-specific extensions
• Hands-on fluency with LLMs, agentic workflows, retrieval, and tool use
• Experience defining evaluation and quality approaches for AI in high-trust domains
