Director, Product Management — Infrastructure Automation

📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year roadmap for the
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption, improve customer retention, and increase revenue
• Evaluate and integrate generative AI, agentic automation, and AI-assisted operations into
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 senior product managers
• Implement AI-enabled operating model across discovery, specification, and delivery
• Ensure customer problems are validated before development investments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• At least 8 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership in DevOps
• Proven success in bringing complex enterprise software products from concept to launch
• Experience managing and developing product teams
• Experience defining and delivering AI-powered product capabilities
• Experience leading in an AI-enabled product management environment
