📋 Description

• Own the full product area end-to-end.
• Lead the product into its next generation, taking on a product built around agentic flows that make
• Own the quality bar for AI in production, including evaluation sets, scoring, confidence and
• Act as customers' partner on the inside, spending time with customers and advocating for their
• Build and grow the team, hiring, coaching, and setting the bar for product managers.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, GTM, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered product capabilities (MUST).
• Deep understanding of agentic flows and running them in production: orchestration, tool use
• Data mastery: fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning (funnels, cohorts, experiments
• Bias for action, shipping decisions and learning from them.
• Attention to detail - include the name of your favorite TV show in your resume.
