Director, Product Management - Lending

📋 Description

• Work with vertical PMs and business leads to map use cases and journeys.
• Write PRDs, manage roadmaps and deliverables with eng leads.
• Make clear, technically sound decisions.
• Apply lending domain expertise to requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to influence decisions.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes and track roadmap delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-13 years experience, with minimum 8 years in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Hands-on product management or analytical role with banking processes.
• Deep understanding of Lending and LMS platforms; Fintech/BFSI domain experience.
• Solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
