📋 Description

• Set strategy and lead due diligence, roadmap alignment, integration delivery across Microsoft
• Establish enterprise view of ServiceNow and Microsoft stack intersections
• Drive dual-roadmap alignment between ServiceNow and Microsoft capabilities
• Advocate ServiceNow's point of view on Microsoft stack complementarity
• Define success metrics and track adoption, attach rate, win/loss signals
• Lead cross-functional alignment and represent ServiceNow in executive engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise SaaS product management
• Experience setting multi-year product strategy and influencing VP/C-level decisions
• Experience integrating AI into product decisions or technical evaluation
• Experience leading product strategy for technology partnerships, including due diligence
• Broad familiarity with Microsoft's AI, data, and agent product ecosystem
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences
