📋 Description

• Lead strategic direction, roadmap, and execution for Provider Data Management and related product
• Manage and develop a high-performing product management organization.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve delivery and accelerate value.
• Establish scalable product management processes and governance.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization and measurement.
• Enhance data ingestion, validation, enrichment, governance, and master data management capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or related field; MBA preferred.
• Extensive leadership in product management with measurable business results.
• Strong background in healthcare tech, data platforms, health plans, or related fields.
• Experience with data governance, ingestion, enrichment, and MDM in data-focused products.
• Experience with Provider Data Management or similar healthcare information solutions desirable.
• Proven ability to improve execution, velocity, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
