Director, Product Management (Platform)

📋 Description

• Set the long-term product vision and strategy across the Platform portfolio
• Define which shared problems the platform should solve once, where teams need flexibility, and how
• Establish meaningful measures of success across adoption, velocity, reliability, cost, quality, and
• Lead AI-native platform development, shaping how people and agents use the platform and how AI
• Hire, lead, and develop Product Managers with strong product judgment, technical fluency, and
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, and Data to resolve competing needs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in product leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading platform product teams and launching or scaling shared capabilities
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, developer tooling
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users
