Director, Product Management (PrintOps)

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for an established and technically complex product area, from
• Develop and maintain a clear understanding of how the product operates, including historical
• Define and maintain a transparent product roadmap where each initiative has a clear rationale
• Evaluate signals from support requests, sales opportunities, customer feedback, market
• Engage directly with enterprise customers through discovery conversations, pilots, advisory
• Make informed product decisions that balance customer commitments, technical constraints, business

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience owning a mature, complex product with an established
• Demonstrated experience managing products with technical complexity, historical dependencies
• Strong track record of working directly with enterprise customers through discovery calls, pilots
• Experience translating ambiguous customer or market needs into clear product requirements and
• Strong ability to collaborate directly with Engineering and understand technical constraints
• Proven experience simplifying complex products, processes, or experiences and making them easier

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $145,000–$150,000, plus bonus eligibility.
