Director, Product Management (Security)

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and market thesis, including identifying target buyers, validating
• Lead the evolution of an early proof of concept into a reliable product capable of supporting
• Work directly with Engineering on product development, including epics, requirements, prototypes
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate problems, test assumptions, gather
• Define and refine the go-to-market approach, including positioning, packaging, pricing input
• Build practical product processes and decision frameworks that support rapid learning and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching products in a zero-to-one or early-stage environment
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers to validate whether a problem is meaningful
• Strong product management experience spanning discovery, strategy, requirements, prototyping
• Technical fluency and willingness to engage directly with Engineering, including writing or
• Strong commercial and market-development instincts, with the ability to evaluate buyers, pricing
• Comfortable making important product decisions with incomplete information, testing assumptions
