Director, Product Management (Security)

📋 Description

• Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products - market analysis, customer discovery
• Build the business case for each area - the customer problem, market size, why Cribl can win, build
• Lead execution for what we fund - define the product, write the requirements, set success metrics
• Make it one platform - make sure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect (shared data
• Spend real time with customers - CISOs, SOC managers, detection engineers, and analysts - and work
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, launch, and field

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products.
• Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how
• Hands-on product experience in at least one of: security automation and response (SOAR), identity
• A track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 - from problem discovery to a product customers pay
• Portfolio-level thinking - you have evaluated new markets, built business cases, and made clear
• Leadership - experience leading or mentoring PMs, and leading through influence across engineering
