Director, Product Manager (Platform)

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing PM team across Cribl’s platform.
• Own the platform roadmap across identity, billing, lifecycle, and dev experience.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customers.
• Define product strategy balancing technical depth, business outcomes, and market expansion.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and extensibility across cloud and self-managed.
• Develop data-driven decision-making to measure success and iterate on capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B software products.
• Experience leading multiple platform areas such as identity, billing, or developer experience.
• Deep technical acumen with ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring, onboarding, and mentoring PMs.
