Director, Product Marketing

📋 Description

• Own core product marketing and competitive intelligence; set strategy and build a team over time, while writing positioning and enabling field teams.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and marketing to translate category positioning into messaging, enablement, and competitive positioning for the field.
• Partner with SVP of Marketing; work cross-functionally with sales leadership and the executive team.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and major feature releases; represent the voice of the customer in the roadmap.
• Serve as a fast, responsive point of contact when sales needs material to close or advance a deal.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing, B2B SaaS; direct HR tech/HR analytics experience is a plus but not required.
• Track record of building enablement and messaging that sales actually uses.
• Strong competitive intelligence: research, synthesis, and translating findings into usable materials.
• Collaborative; comfortable working across teams and unifying efforts.
• Comfortable as both strategist and doer; able to roll up your sleeves.
• Sharp writing and clear communication; ability to tailor exec-level narrative to field-level detail.
