• No traditional product marketing background required. We are deliberately open to people from
• B2B SaaS experience. Communications, CX, contact center, or AI background is a plus, not a
• Real customer-facing experience, with answers you turned into a decision.
• Comfort with numbers. You can size an opportunity, read win/loss data, and reason about the
• Technical fluency. You can get hands-on with the product, work directly with engineers and product
