• Lead Voice of the Market to shape product strategy and GTM
• Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product, Sales, CS, Exec
• Leverage AI tools (Gong, Claude, ChatGPT) to scale insights
• Start with one direct report and build the team over time
• Translate customer and market insights into positioning and messaging
• Drive opportunities through market trends and competitive intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Analyst Relations, Strategy or related
• Proven experience building customer insights/Voice of the Customer programs
• Strong background in analyst relations with industry analysts
• Led competitive intelligence initiatives with measurable impact
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Gong, Claude, ChatGPT
