Own systems, processes and cadences for product-revenue alignment
Operate with independence, from dashboards to roadmap reviews

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Product Ops/RevOps or related + 2+ years leadership
Experience translating GTM and SaaS strategies into system requirements
Strong GTM tech fluency (Salesforce, JIRA, Pendo, etc.)
Excellent written/verbal communication; strategic partner to Product leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
