Director, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the Operations team; hire to transform into AI-native ops.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to refine rituals and processes.
• Coordinate with GTM and G&A to establish key Build touchpoints.
• Develop processes, playbooks, and tools for launching and improving products.
• Evolve ops to AI-native; rethink customer feedback and release.
• Recruit and onboard new AI-tools-focused team member.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Operations leadership; 2+ years in a Head of role.
• Align Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure cohesion.
• Design systems for planning, roadmapping, goals, and learning cadence.
• Transform broad mandates into clear, actionable strategies and initiatives.
• Executive communication: simplify complex info and motivate teams/executives.
• Experience building AI-enabled operations or tooling.
