Director, Product Planning

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end planning process that turns strategic priorities into a resourced, sequenced
• Facilitate tradeoff and prioritization discussions among product leaders, surfacing conflicts and
• Keep the roadmap current and credible as priorities shift, and make sure changes are communicated
• Build and manage the product org's operating rhythm — planning cycles, launch readiness reviews
• Own the tooling and systems (e.g., Jira, Linear, Notion) that keep planning artifacts organized and
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and process gaps before they slow down execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, chief-of-staff, or a similar
• Strong track record running planning/prioritization processes across multiple teams or product lines
• Comfortable working with data and metrics, even if you do not build the underlying pipelines. You
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complexity into something leadership
• Highly organized, low-ego, and energized by making other people's work easier and more coherent
• Experience leading or managing a team is a plus, though this role may start as an individual
