• Empower & Lead a Product Team: Manage and mentor a dedicated team of Product Owners, fostering
• Drive Strategic Transformation: Partner closely with leaders across Product, Finance, Treasury
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take full ownership of product initiatives—from feature definition

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of robust product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people
• Committed to people and team development; mentor, coach, and guide Product Owners in pursuit of
• Deep understanding of complex payment workflows, including orchestration, authorization
• Working knowledge of payment rails and experience owning product requirements for payment
• Familiarity with cash/liquidity management and collections workflows.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API integrations and core
