📋 Description

• Define portfolio narrative and GTM for Autonomous IT.
• Own the AI-native category play: positioning and narrative.
• Shape connective GTM across the portfolio with integrated campaigns.
• Speak as ServiceNow's voice to customers, analysts, and press.
• Build relationships with CIOs/CTOs to translate needs into the portfolio story.
• Lead a team of product and solutions marketers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product marketing/management or marketing leadership across multiple products.
• Direct experience in IT operations, ITSM, ITOM, or related enterprise software.
• Track record building category or platform narratives uniting multiple product stories.
• Ability to influence across peer product marketing teams, PM, and sales.
• Fluency in AI-native marketing; articulate AI's value to customers.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
