Director, Product Strategy and Operations - India

📋 Description

• Operate portfolio planning, product prioritization list and dashboard, governance, dependencies
• Own executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.
• Own Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.
• Operate PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices.
• Own the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-through.
• Maintain use-case, capability, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU mappings.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally a Product strategy and Product Operations judgment or similar Product Management background.
• Comfortable with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and
• Able to work directly with executives while still building analyses and operating mechanisms
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling and build practical agents or workflow automations.
• Commercially minded and willing to challenge low-value activity.
• Ability to work in a frequently synchronous way with Product Leadership and partner with team
