Director, Product Strategy & Monetization

📋 Description

• Drive revenue expansion strategy for Motive's core and growing suite of software SKUs, and own
• Define how Motive views and manages the cost of R&D spend across devices, cellular, IoT, and
• Partner with product line leaders to identify and deliver revenue generation & cost-reduction
• Size new product lines and adjacencies, and work with product leadership to run proofs of concept
• Shape long-term product and company strategy, turning market, customer, and competitive insight
• Run the operating cadence for R&D strategy, including planning, business reviews, and executive

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• 5+ years of operating experience in a business operations or corporate strategy role.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations
• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes, such as revenue, margin, or cost, rather than
• Proven success partnering and influencing across functions and levels without direct authority.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading a team.
