🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of cross-functional leadership in operations, program leadership, or similar roles
• 8+ years in people leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Experience translating business priorities into operating plans and measurable execution outcomes
• Proven ability to design operating models, governance, and management systems within complex
• Strong cross-functional execution experience across Product, Engineering, QA, GTM, and partner teams
• Executive-level influence to align multiple teams around shared priorities and standards
