Director, Production Optimization

📋 Description

• Lead packaging operations and continuous-improvement across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Own packaging performance metrics, LEAN deployment, production-scheduling alignment, and packaging
• Drive throughput, yield, changeover efficiency, cost, and product quality improvements across
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning, quality, data, and site leadership to scale
• Develop leaders and strengthen daily management practices to foster accountability and continuous
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a regulated environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline, or
• At least 4 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience with packaging/high-volume
• Proven LEAN or continuous-improvement transformations with measurable gains (OEE, changeover
• Experience with production scheduling, MRP/MPS, and S&OP in regulated, high-mix environments.
• Familiarity with Batch Production Records, SOPs, GMP, CAPA; strong quality-at-the-source principles.
• ERP/MRP familiarity (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and project-tracking tools; BI/reporting
