📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Professional Learning team; define strategy.
• Own metrics framework for PL; report to senior leadership.
• Define and own the PL content strategy aligned to research.
• Integrate PL into the customer journey; support retention and ROI.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in professional learning or educational services.
• 5+ years leading a strategic function at Director level.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Executive-level expertise in adult learning and K-12.
• Experience with Salesforce and LMS to drive outcomes.
