Director, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Professional Services team (Onboarding/Implementation)
• Own end-to-end onboarding journey from contract to go-live
• Define onboarding milestones, go-live criteria, adoption targets
• Build/maintain onboarding and implementation project plans
• Drive integration quality: API/SDK integration, sandbox testing, workflows
• Lead CS Ops to enable post-sale teams and pull-through insights

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in CS or post-sale leadership at B2B SaaS
• Proven onboarding/implementation leadership at scale
• Hands-on CS platforms: Planhat, Gainsight, Totango, or equivalent
• Strong program/project management; multi-workstream delivery
• Experience building health score models and at-risk reporting
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with CS/AM/Product/Eng
