🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Professional Services/IT/Software with 5+ years in a management role
Strong leadership, accountability, collaboration, and cross-functional influence
Deep observability/monitoring experience; familiarity with SNMP, WMI, APIs
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Groovy/Java; Git; Windows and Linux server admin
Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS delivery know-how
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience; certifications are a plus
