📋 Description

• Define Sprinto’s Professional Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy
• Convert customer needs into clearly defined offerings, scopes of work, delivery plans, and pricing.
• Build repeatable delivery methods without reducing complex compliance work to a checklist.
• Create a model that is chargeable and commercially sensible while keeping customer and compliance
• Develop the team structure, capability plan, utilization model, and quality standards needed to
• Ensure that services are delivered consistently, responsibly, and within the agreed scope.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 10–15 years of experience across Professional Services, GRC, technology risk
• Experience building, leading, or scaling a client-facing Professional Services or risk-advisory
• Strong grounding in security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI
• Experience defining service offerings, scopes of work, delivery models, pricing, and operating
• A track record of leading consulting or delivery teams and maintaining a high bar for customer
• The ability to understand both the commercial and professional obligations of audit and assurance
