• Build and scale a high-performing global Professional Services organization aligned with Zscaler's
• Drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery and serve as executive escalation for
• Establish scalable delivery frameworks and operational KPIs (TTV, CSAT, utilization, profitability)
• Manage the Global Delivery Center P&L to maximize profitability and revenue growth
• Foster an agile culture of continuous improvement, driving operational scale by optimizing

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new
• Extensive leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise Professional Services, with proven success
• Deep technical knowledge in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, and Zero Trust
• Proven track record of defining and deploying scalable, high-impact solutions for complex
• Strong P&L and budget oversight paired with deep PS operational expertise
