Director, Professional Services — EMEA

📋 Description

• Directly manage EU-based consultants, IR practitioners, and pen testers; set goals.
• Lead the EMEA region via the Manager, Middle East; set strategic direction.
• Oversee delivery quality across EU and ME; partner with Practice Leads.
• Monitor EMEA utilization across EU and GCC/SAU clusters via billable hours.
• Manage regional coverage by addressing time zones, travel, regulatory, and language factors.
• Ensure smooth operational execution across the EMEA team; manage budgets and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading professional services or consulting teams across multiple locations.
• Deep experience in consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement.
• Experience managing via sub-managers in matrix organizations.
• Navigate regional complexity: time zones, regulatory needs, cultural factors.
• Experience tracking and managing budgets across regions or cost centers.
