10+ years in professional services or management consulting (enterprise software)
5+ years leading multi-layer org with people managers
Proven P&L management of $5-10M+ in SaaS or database
Fluency in Graph DB landscape (NoSQL, RDF, Property Graphs)
Experience expanding across North America and LATAM
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
