📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and scope new consulting opportunities, defining client requirements
• Represent the Professional Services Group in reviews of complex or nonstandard engagements
• Manage changes to project scope in collaboration with sales and operations teams, addressing
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop additional services that address
• Serve as the primary consulting contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic client
• Lead value-focused renewal discussions, strengthen executive relationships, and identify

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, including a
• Deep knowledge of the insurance product lifecycle, including product development, regulatory
• Demonstrated success in scoping complex consulting engagements, defining deliverables, managing
• Strong executive presence and the credibility to advise senior client stakeholders, communicate
• Proven ability to establish quality standards, drive consistent execution, and achieve results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage senior relationships
