Director, Program Implementation

📋 Description

• Facilitate professional learning, communities of practice, coaching cycles, and strategic-planning
• Coach educators on the technical practices, adaptive mindsets, and team dynamics for inclusive
• Develop and execute implementation plans aligned to partner goals and Blue Engine product objectives
• Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify risks, barriers, and emerging needs
• Collect and analyze implementation, perception, practice, and student-outcome data
• Translate evidence into a clear and appropriately qualified story of implementation progress and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes
• 2+ years of instructional coaching, school leadership, or related implementation leadership
• Demonstrated ability to deepen educators’ and leaders’ skills and shift behaviors and mindsets
• Ability to navigate varied school and district contexts and build trusted relationships
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage complex work across multiple partners and priorities
