Director, Program Management

📋 Description

• Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting
• Effectively manage team meetings, including the Global Product Team and Global Development Team, by
• Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive
• Identify and champion best practices in BBS Program Management, including the use of dashboards
• Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, functional heads, and
• Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) and budgetary planning at the program level

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a scientific subject preferred
• PMP certification is desirable
• 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development with Phase 2 and 3 stage drug development
• 7 years of hands-on project management experience at a fast-paced company is preferred
• Experience with timeline management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, P6)
• Critical thinking/problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
