Lead and mentor program managers and leads.
Manage a team of 4-8 program managers or senior PMs.
Develop and implement program management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
Ensure successful delivery and tracking of portfolio objectives and value realization.
Facilitate planning sessions to identify dependencies, resources, risks, and mitigations.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years in program/portfolio management or related leadership.
8+ years leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading large-scale transformation and modernization.
Strong executive presence; ability to influence across orgs.
Experience with Agile delivery and organizational transformation.
Master's degree in Business Admin, CS, IS, or Engineering.
