Director, Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead strategic programs spanning multiple functions, geographies, and technology domains.
• Coordinate between stakeholders and technology teams to develop and manage plans.
• Mentor program managers and leads; oversee 4-8 PMs including performance reviews.
• Develop program management processes, governance, and delivery standards.
• Ensure delivery, tracking, and value realization of portfolio objectives.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, including budgets and resource forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in program/portfolio management or transformation leadership.
• 8+ years in leadership managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience with large-scale transformation and technology modernization.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, analytics tools; global/remote teams.
• PMI/Agile certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
