Director, Project Engineering (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Leading large, global, strategic projects/programs through a matrix of cross-functional groups and
• Providing corporate guidance on strategic planning, market demand, technological advances, and
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, quality and effectiveness of major projects
• Managing multiple concurrent global projects/programs and making difficult decisions on priorities
• Leading project teams using PM tools to stay within budget and achieve objectives
• Defining vision and strategy aligned with corporate goals, mentoring senior management, and serving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) with
• Post-graduate education/degree desired
• Demonstrated excellence in global project management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, biological, or pharmaceutical companies
• Competency with financial systems, project accounting, procurement and contracting
