Director, Project Finance

📋 Description

• Personally build, structure, and maintain financial models for a subset of individual project
• Review, stress-test, and validate financial models produced by the Project Finance analysis team
• Manage day-to-day workload, staffing, and prioritization for the Analysis team across a live
• Serve as a point of contact for internal deal teams, lenders, and tax equity investors on modeling
• Present model outputs and key transaction economics to executive leadership and, as needed
• Identify and resolve modeling and structuring issues that surface during diligence, negotiation, or

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus but not
• 10+ years of experience in project finance, financial modeling, or valuation, including hands-on
• Demonstrated experience personally building and defending complex financial models (tax equity
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of modeling experts in a finance-intensive function
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, along with familiarity with renewable energy tax
• Experience with employing artificial intelligence as a tool to streamline and add efficiency and
