📋 Description

  • Own two anchor accounts as P&L; coach PMs across AMER.
  • Accountable for value realization and expansion; manage portfolio health.
  • Reports to SVP, Value Delivery Americas; partner with Sales and Finance.
  • Lead quarterly strategic reviews with executive sponsors.
  • Sponsor PM progression with SVP Delivery.
  • Ensure PMs own account QBRs and customer relationships; coach.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading PM coaching and development.
  • P&L ownership and revenue growth.
  • Strong stakeholder mgmt with Sales and Finance.
  • Agile experience enabling fast decision making.
  • Ability to drive portfolio health and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
