🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years PM experience in medical communications or healthcare/pharma advertising.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing PM professionals.
• Proven success implementing operational processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
