Director, Project Management - CBX

📋 Description

• Lead the overall project management function across new developments, acquisitions, takeovers
• Establish and enforce project delivery standards covering scope, schedules, milestones, ownership
• Lead, coach, mentor, and hold Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and other project team
• Exercise independent judgment to prioritize competing projects, evaluate risks, resolve complex
• Oversee end-to-end connectivity implementations, including wireless design coordination
• Partner with engineering, operations, accounting, FP&A, procurement, development, construction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business
• 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, technology
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, developing, and holding
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects from planning
• Strong experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk and issue management

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year
