Director, Project Management

📋 Description

• Lead and develop teams responsible for project management operations, training, process governance
• Advance the maturity of PMO standards, methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and project
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team members while building strong leadership pipelines and
• Partner with business and operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Establish and maintain consistent project management frameworks, templates, reporting practices
• Define metrics and accountability measures to evaluate team performance, project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Information Systems
• At least 5 years of progressive experience within a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, managers, or cross-functional project resources.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance structures, operational processes
• Proven track record of leading process improvement, organizational transformation, and operational
• Experience managing enterprise project portfolios and complex strategic initiatives is highly
