Lead cross-functional teams in planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical study projects
Provide oversight and strategic expertise to meet quality, scope, cost, and time objectives
Manage global project directors and managers across portfolios
Interfacing with sponsors as escalation point beyond PM
Drive profitability and resource optimization within PM organization
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science/health field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10 years in clinical research with PM and leadership experience
Working knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development process
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
Experience with global, cross-functional trials and budgeting
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
