🎯 Requirements

• B.S./Ph.D in Structural Biology or Protein Biochemistry with 10+ years in industry.
• Deep experience designing and optimizing antibody production (fermentation, cell culture, purification).
• Automation enabling high-throughput antibody production (1000+).
• Hands-on analytics: HPLC, Mass Spectrometry, BLI, SPR, ELISA, CE-SDS.
• Translating research assays to validated CMC processes for clinical development.
• Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, CMC, and clinical teams.
