Director, Provider Experience

📋 Description

• Be a leader in the provider engagement, relations, and strategy fields
• Set, drive and execute on strategy and vision to enhance program's overall value including
• Understand the competitive landscape of the Provider Integration and Experience department and act
• Work cross functionally with other departments to bring new ideas to life and hold accountable
• Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
• Report to Senior Leadership on the health of the business - including identifying and managing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives
• Bonus points: Master's degree, Clinical licensure, Management Consulting experience with a focus on
