Be a leader in the provider engagement, relations, and strategy fields
Set, drive and execute on strategy and vision to enhance program's overall value including
Understand the competitive landscape of the Provider Integration and Experience department and act
Work cross functionally with other departments to bring new ideas to life and hold accountable
Program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
Report to Senior Leadership on the health of the business - including identifying and managing

🎯 Requirements

10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field
6+ years of leadership experience
3+ years experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives
