📋 Description

• Design and implement the complete residency framework including program duration, preclinical
• Develop and codify the residency curriculum including a seminar schedule focused on PMHNP-specific
• Develop a solid working knowledge of the accreditation process within 6 months and become a content
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and hands-on training to residents as they transition from graduate
• Create and implement a comprehensive evaluation system to provide residents with consistent
• Respond to performance issues and create performance improvement plans that support residents in

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
• PMHNP-BC certification
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland; ability to obtain
• At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP
• At least 1 year of experience in an educational or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry
